Debbie McCabe

Debbie began her real estate career as a sales associate in 1997. Prior to that, she was a CPA and audit manager for Deloitte. In 2015, she joined BHHS Fox & Roach’s management team and ultimately became the Region President of the Main Line and Center City Regions as well as broker of Record until 2024. Debbie's industry knowledge and experience enable her to serve her clients effectively and meet their goals.
Debbie is currently Past Chair of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce and served on the multiple PAR Committees. Debbie is very involved in her community, serving on the Executive Committee of Covenant House Pennsylvania and Willows Park Preserve. Her efforts have led her to be a finalist in NAR’s Good Neighbor Award. Debbie is an avid runner and has completed 22 full marathons in locations including Berlin, Boston, Chicago, London and New York.
Debbie has lived in the Philadelphia Main Line suburbs and enjoyed a second residence in Avalon NJ for her entire life. She resides in both Villanova, PA and Avalon, NJ where she and her husband, Joe raised their five children. She has had the pleasure of watching each area grow and change over the years and enjoyed helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals in the purchase and sale of real estate. Being a resident in both areas allows her to give professional and personal attention to her clients.
