Debbie Obradovich

Debbie became a Realtor in 1987 and has embraced that decision to make real estate sales her second chosen career ever since. She previously taught elementary school for nine years. She feels that her experience in dealing with children and families on such a personal level as a first-grade teacher enhanced her ability to be a compassionate, patient listener and advisor in working with her clients today.

She loves living and working in the Western suburbs, especially in a town as vibrant and culturally rich as Elmhurst. She is an integral part of the Elmhurst community, having lived, worked, and raised a family there for over 30 years.

In her free time, she especially enjoys the Illinois Prairie Path -- a wonderful West Suburban green space as she is an avid bicyclist and hiker. She is also a published author and served as President of The Elmhurst Hospital Guild.


She has consistently ranked amongst the top 5% of all real estate agents nationally.

Debbie is an expert in numerous areas of sales including counseling and guiding her clients through listing or selling single-family homes, attached homes, and investment properties. She specializes in and is proficient in walking her clients through the sometimes daunting new construction process. She is listed as a preferred agent for a local senior living center because she is exceptionally compassionate with and understands the specific needs of seniors.

The majority of her clients are referrals and repeat buyers and sellers who know that her expertise is in her caring demeanor, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
