Debbie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the local market and using that to exceed my expectations. She was very attentive to listening to what I wanted and not trying to sell only what she had in her portfolio. When it came time to do due diligence and inspections she was very proactive to insure the property was fully vetted and acceptable and where it was not, negotiating on my behalf to make sure things were corrected and acceptable. She worked very hard and went above and beyond in all respects and was an advocate I could trust to look out for my best interest.
