Debbie and Bruce have strong ties in East Texas, living lake life for 30+ years. They also have strong ties in DFW as they grew up in DFW and their family still call DFW home. Debbie & Bruce assist buyer and seller needs in East Texas around Cedar Creek Lake, other East Texas area lakes and the DFW metroplex, from Fort Worth to Winona – that’s a large Texas territory.

THE EARLY DAYS:
Debbie grew up in Irving and her family is from Fort Worth. She met husband Bruce at Texas Instruments, married in 1980 and settled in East Dallas. Bruce grew up in Dallas. Bruce’s early career took the family to Washington, Utah and Idaho. In the early 1990’s, the Schwanbeck’s moved to Cedar Creek Lake and raised three sons at the lake. The Schwanbeck sons are Brent an Arlington fireman, Justin a Parker county paramedic, and Ryan a home remodeler/builder; all married to amazing women. Bruce and Debbie are blessed with 5 grandsons and 4 granddaughters who all live in the DFW metroplex.

OUR EXPERIENCE
Debbie has a versatile background in customer service, marketing & advertising, retail ownership, computer software, and tourism of the Henderson County area, Debbie has an AAS in Business Management, and a Broker license. Debbie is a Broker Associate, certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS), and an Aggie Mom (past president and treasurer of the local A&M Mothers club). Debbie enjoys leading Life Group small group classes and mentoring new real estate agents.

Bruce has 35 years management experience in the lumber/building material industry. Moving into real estate sales was an easy transition. His management skills and attention to detail in reading a blueprint to negotiating a contract, is at your disposal. Bruce spent his life in customer service, sales and management. Bruce has served as a member of Cedar Creek Lake Rotary Club, past vice president of the Greater Cedar Creek Lake Chamber of Commerce, and Mabank Chamber of Commerce board of directors. Bruce is an, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) assisting buyer clients at every stage of the home buying process.
