Debbie was amazing to work with!
Always a text or call away. Explained the whole process step by step, walked us through everything we would sign. Debbie has a way of explaining complicated long documents in a way that you’ll get it.
Debbie is so knowledgeable and on top of her game it made buying our second home a pleasurable experience. From what inspections we should have, who can provide them, a timeline of the process and even follow up after getting our keys.
We wish we would of found her sooner, so she could of sold our previous home.
1000! We would recommend Debbie! You will be forever grateful, just like we are!

Debbie is a real estate angel. Finding Debbie changed our luck in our home-buying search. We began working with Debbie via referral. We were working with another agent for 3-4 months and came to her feeling less than optimistic after a lot of rejections. But in less than two weeks after meeting Debbie, we had two offers to select from. A feat in the heat of the real estate market in 2021. Here are 5 reasons for why Debbie is a 5-star agent

AMAZING CLIENT ADVOCATE
The house we ended up with is not the house we thought we would get. We initially went into contract with another house that fell through as the sellers dragged us through the process and the selling agent was a NIGHTMARE to deal with (so much so that we would not look at any houses listed by this agent). Debbie listened to our frustrations and never downplayed our feelings in our conversations. She represented our POV back to the selling agent fairly and professionally and advised us throughout the process on our options. Her experience her really shined in lobbying for us and it really showed in all of her interactions/communications.

UNBIASED REPRESENTATIVE/AGENT
Our home was a match made in heaven. Having worked closely with Debbie, she really understood what we wanted and envisioned. She ended up finding us our dream home. Part of this of course is a bit of luck but she played both buyer and seller agent. We had built a strong rapport with her and trusted her to be as fair and transparent as she has been with past listings and she 1000% was. She provided us with comps and gave us the information we felt we needed to decide on our offer price. Some agents forget their role (aforementioned seller agent) in the transaction and make decisions for their clients rather than present information fairly for everyone. Debbie is someone you can trust and is the type of person you want to do business with.

WELL CONNECTED
She is well networked with a laundry list of professionals she knows and can tap for inspections or repairs. To this day, we still reach out for help connecting to trusted professionals. But further, connections (as with anything) matter. She's worked with many of the listing agents previously and so her experience was invaluable to us.

COMMUNICATIVE UPDATES AND SUPPORT
Despite her busy schedule she always made time for us (sometimes multiple times during the week or same-day) to take us to view a listing or giving us a ring to talk through next steps. Her updates for us were always timely, even occasionally occurring well into the evening. Debbie made a stressful experience really easy for us. Everything was very clear and transparent. Our signing was complex as I was traveling. Debbie made arrangements for us and further, called me and stayed on the phone with me to explain all the paperwork.

KNOWLEDGEABLE GUIDE
She is knowledgeable about the market and various Bay Area neighborhoods. She really understood the market but was also very honest in helping set our expectations. She helped to guide us in putting together strong offers but also kept us from unnecessarily waiving contingencies (even in the wild real estate market we were competing in).

When the time comes, we will definitely be working with Debbie again.

Debbie is a total professional who knows her business and is a pleasure to work with in every way. We could absolutely count on her to be very responsive to all of our questions and needs throughout our home buying process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends. Having recently moved cross-country to Benicia, we appreciated her knowledge as we were getting to know the town better. Throughout the past months, Debbie has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Here professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for myself. This was my 3rd time working with Debbie, buying and selling. On this deal, even under different circumstances due to COVID, Debbie went above and beyond to make sure the deal closed.
