Selling my parents home in Hickory from New Jersey could have been a logistical nightmare. However, Debby actually made it a pleasure for our family. From the first minute we met, she was very helpful about what we needed to do to get the house ready for the market. Following Debby's advice, my daughter and I got the house staged and ready to sell. The pictures were amazing and with Debby's marketing skills, we sold the house the day before it went on the market to a buyer in another state. Debbie was very prompt in her response to my call about listing my rental property. She met with me to look over the building, gave me honest opinions, as well as suggestions to prepare for listing. I received an offer within just a few days of being on the market.

Debbie also understood that it was important to me that the tenants were treated respectfully. She made sure the showing times met with their schedules as much as possible to avoid intrusion of their privacy.

Unfortunately we encountered some problems with the buyers demands that delayed the closing. Debbie was patient and kept in touch with the buyers attorney for weeks until everything could be settled and closing could take place.

I want to tell everyone, and let them know about my selling experience with my home in Newton N.C . I first listed my home with another agent from another company. After a few weeks I could tell it was just an Agent and definitely just another Company!! Then I did my homework, I searched, and I found a young lady that had been a proven seller in my area her name was Debbie Bullock. I reached out being very uncertain, and somewhat discouraged after my recent experience with my current realtor. I spoke with Mrs Bullock , she was very pleasant and full of energy, she was like a breath of fresh air , compared to my current realtor. I tell you after meeting with Debbie and viewing and discussing a plan for my home, not only was I confident in selling my home again , I was confident that I had to have her as my realtor!!. After talking with my current realtor . I told them that i wanted to withdraw from my contract with them because i was u happy with there services and would like to retain a different company. They agreed to do so, so we made it happen. immediately i called Debbie and asked her if she would be so kind to take on my home , and get it sold for me. Debbie was amazing! She from the start took immediate action of the home , she got it re-listed and ready for showings. immediately. She not only worked hard to make that happen she put out word of mouth from her many years of selling properties. Within days we started having offers, it was an amazing feeling. Debby previously helped us buy our first house four years ago. She then helped us prepare the house for listing, including advice on staging the house for pictures and showings. While there were no major issues or changes to be made, the process of decluttering and putting away personal items made it much more appealing for potential buyers. I don't know where to begin. We had a weird large house that didn't meet most loan requirements. We spent almost a year with a realitor or got us five showings and no contracts. My wife found Debby by searching for realitors in the area. She had the highest sales is what made us hire her. With in a month we were under a firm contract. Then corona virus hit. Since January we had 4 contracts, with the corona and our weird house, not all worked out. One was because of a rule that goats weren't allowed on my property from the previous owner. This didn't discourage or slow Debby and her team for one second. Also, I live out of state. Lucky for me she's a liscensed contractor because our house needed work. I have turned a few houses myself and her quotes, knowledge and resources were the best options when I had my own quotes done to compare. If she can sell my house. She can sell any.
