I have been a Central Florida Resident since 1974. After 35 years of teaching, with 22 years being at University of Central Florida, I decided to use my energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm to become a Realtor. I found that I loved the entire Real Estate process by helping my two son's search, purchase, rehab, and rent income properties.

Selling real estate is a passion. I genuinely like helping people be successful in buying or selling their properties. I pride myself on providing additional attention and exceptional service. I am trustworthy, ethical, and hard working. Another words - I am a "Doer" and will work for you and your interests. I am knowledgeable about construction since my husband and I physically built two houses and I helped my son’s rehab at least 10 houses.
