I first met Deb via a random phone call about a house I'd seen. I was a suddenly single mom with no knowledge of the home buying process and I knew I couldn't afford to rent anymore. Immediately, she got me in touch with a brilliant woman named Cori Keithley who helped me understand the funding process. When it was time to start home hunting it was overwhelming, but Deb didn't let me quit. After being turned down a couple of times, despite Deb's best efforts, one of my offers was finally accepted. The process after that was long and frustrating, but Deb doggedly pursued my best interests. When the bug inspection had issues, she went so far as to pay to have it dealt with so it wouldn't be a hang up. Deb was my valkyrie! Deb was very instrumental in the purchase of our farmhouse! This was an emotional sell for the original owners but she was tenacious about getting both parties to the table and the sale completed. The Fayetteville area is on the radar for many interested parties from both Houston and Austin and Deb remains up- to-date with the area and is knowledgeable of the properties entering and exiting the market!
Deb has also been very helpful as we renovate the farm home and has been an excellent resource for craftsman in the area. During the last few weeks of the Summer, she has been kind enough to check daily on our "adopted pony" until we can be more readily available for it's care.!
We closed on the property more than a year ago and she is still involved with the Dairy House!

She showed up with her clients to look at my home on a whole different day than scheduled. I wasn't home and discovered she had entered my house without even a notification. When confronted on the phone, she only apologized. And then we've called her back for client feedback and she won't return calls.
Update: Deb, Thank you for the detailed response. I appreciate the feedback and time you took to respond. I was really just frustrated with not hearing feedback through our realtor and us not having many showings in a while but hopefully you're right and it sells soon. Thanks again.
