Spearheaded a major redevelopment project in Long Branch, NJ including researching and acquiring 6 lots, securing a 10-year tax statement, and assembling the architectural, construction and design teams.

Highly experienced in branding and strategic marketing of luxury new development projects, scripting commercials and hosting Virtual Open Houses resulting in thousands of viewers directly leading to contracts. Training and leading internal and external sales team in customer relations providing the highest level of service along with unprecedented price points.

Sold over 20M in pre-construction sales in 2017. Positioned South Beach as the Premier Project on the Jersey Shore by selling the concept through the application and interview process leading to 4 NJ Builders Association Awards in 2019 and a Finalist for 13 Awards in 2020. Sold over 51% of the project without a finished sales model. Principle contact in presenting/closing contracts and maintaining relationship through the attorney review process. Developed a sales and marketing strategy that won7 FAME Awards for Marketing Excellence in 2020. Won 16 Awards in 2021 for positioning, marketing, and sales of South Beach at Long Branch. Closed 42M in new contracts in 2 years. Sold out the 85+ Million Dollar project in 2021 with resales starting in 2022 hitting 25 to 40% appreciation.
