We HIGHLY recommend Deb Mara for any real estate transaction. She came highly recommended from a trusted friend and Deb far exceeded our expectations.

She did much more than simply list and show our house. She consulted us on how to prepare to make the best presentation before listing. She strategized the perfect day and time to list for our market and priced us for exactly what we wanted to do. She listened to our concerns and took our family life into consideration when planning weather or not to have an open house and how often to show. We moved out before the sale completed, her advice and council continued for weeks after we moved out. Deb used her influence and reputation to help smooth out the home certification process and navigate relations with the buyers. Her advice and leadership were so valuable. What she was able to accomplish and in the time frame we were working, nothing short of a miracle. Even my attorney called me after the sale to tell me that she had never met an agent with the moxy, charisma and raw power Deb has. Despite her being the buyer's realtor, she was exceptionally to me helpful in getting agreed upon home inspection items addressed by finding contractors to do the work. I met Deb through my friend who purchased her home thru her. Deb and I have been working together since January 4, 2023. Before meeting Deb I worked with someone who was showing me all kinds of homes though I told her I only wanted new construction. Recently used Deb for the second time! She helped me buy my house back in March 2022. She now just helped me sell my house. I cannot say enough good things about Deb. She makes you feel like family, she even dropped me a pie for Thanksgiving months after I bought the first time to show her appreciation. Decided very quickly to sell. She listed it quickly with very professional photos. She got me asking price after a low ball offer and provided great comps within the first hour of me asking her about selling. She had my house listed and under contract within 9 days. She made it extremely seamless for me. She went above and beyond to help and make herself available for me when we needed quick turnarounds. She helped me find a lawyer, contractor to fix things, etc. She helped with the final negotiation and helped streamline everything to close within 30 days. As a younger person, this was my first time doing this and she provides everything you need and takes the time to educate and guide you while making you feel comfortable. Deborah made my journey into buying my first home extremely easy and satisfying. She was so patient with me and answered any question I asked at any time; and trust me, there were a lot. We saw so many houses together and I never felt rushed. She would put my mind at ease whenever I felt uneasy about something.

When it came to putting in an offer and closing, she had a team that was professional, easy to work with, and well put together. They worked as a cohesive group and made sure me and my concerns came first. They were expedient when it came to moving the closing process towards the end. Fantastic Broker
Deb was a pure professional every step of the way and really connected with us on a personal level. She knew exactly what we were looking for and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the negotiation process. She knew how to "feel out" selling agents and her long tenured record really gave us the inside track on several properties that we liked. When push came to shove Deb really knew how to get us across the finish line when our "forever home" came on the market.
