They say that moving is considered to be one of the most stressful life events you can go through. But luckily for me, I found my personal realtor, Deborah Morgan at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Partners Realty. I was moving from out of state and needed a realtor that could help me buy my new home when I couldn't be available locally. She was always a text or a phone call away, and we were able to keep in contact and get the house closing completed seamlessly from 1,000 miles away. Deborah has been there every step of the way helping me get acclimated to a brand new town. From which cell phone carrier service would work best at my rural home, to who to call for home internet service. If i need updates to my home or future repairs, she has people that can help me with all my home needs.
Deborah has been the most professional and the most caring realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I may have not bought the most expensive and extravagant house on the market, but she treated me as if I was the most important client she has ever had. I will always remember my move from Florida to Kentucky because I had to drive my moving truck, while towing my passenger vehicle, in a winter ice and snow storm thru the final 300 miles of my trip. And believe me, because it's true, my personal realtor, Deborah was anxious for me and continued to check up on me until I reached my destination very late into the nighttime hours.
I will always recommend Deborah Morgan to anyone who needs a realtor. From here until forever, she will be there for any next time I may need her help.

My wife and moved to Glasgow, KY. We asked Deborah Morgan to be our realtor. Deborah did a good job.
However, the guy she recommended for the home inspection did not do a good job, we found things ( expensive things ) wrong with the house after moving in.
The person she recommended for the termite inspection also did not do his job well or he would have noticed we had an ant problem!

I had contacted Deborah on one of her properties, but it was already under contract. She had taken my information down and we talked for a while.
We had alot of morning texts to each other, thru thick and thin she still assisted us no matter what.
Deborah has gone out of her way to get any information on any property We were looking at in Kentucky. she would even text me back on weekends and I didn't expect that. After finding the one, she assisted us to get the property and now she is considered a life long friend.
She was wonderful through the whole process and we couldn't have done it without her. She is the absolute best agent out there.

Deborah Morgan is the best realtor in Barren County. Selling a house is stressful, but with Deborah it was an absolute breeze to sell our home! Deborah had a solid contract in under 3 weeks. From our listed date to our sold date, Deborah completed selling our home in under 2 months flat!
