Deborah was hands down the BEST Realtor I’ve ever worked with. She guided us through the buying process from afar as we were moving from GA. Working with Debbie was truly a pleasure. She is an expert in her field, and her knowledge of the upstate housing market is paramount. Debbie thoroughly understood our criteria and proactively sent us listings within the parameters. She even went so far as to map out multiple showings based on distance and time since we were commuting from the city, unfamiliar with upstate, and could only show on the weekends. Debbie got us our dream house! We were stressed during the pandemic as we tried to escape the city, with our 3 kids. We went from a cramped 1-bedroom to a 2.5 acre 4-bedroom with a pool. Debbie was extremely proactive and responsive. She went to bat for us on so many things, including closing costs and escrow payments. She was with us on so many treks up and down the Hudson Valley, through storms, and carried us to the signing table. She went above and beyond with our kids, blowing our son’s mind with her NASA connection, and will forever be a part of our lives. We hope she continues to visit us. I called Debbie for advice on how to choose a realtor that I could work with in Florida. We talked about it for a while and narrowed down the characteristics that were most important to me and she did the rest of the work! She found me an experienced realtor who is a military wife and lives in the zip code area where I now live. There were multiple challenges along the way - including an undisclosed lien on the first property we contracted to buy - and my realtor saved me a lot of regrets and future head aches by being on top of things that I had no idea I could even check into.
