Debbie Phipps is a true professional. She is an expert in her field, responsive to her clients' needs, and also a warm and caring person who listens to what you want, offers suggestions, and then helps make your wishes come true. From the day I first contacted her, she had my house in a declining neighborhood sold and the contract closed on my dream home in weeks, not months. Would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family!

I chose Debbie because I not only knew of her work with friends' homes in the past, but I've known her on a personal level for many years. There was never any doubt in my mind that when the time came to sell my home I would use her. My expectations were met and beyond. We didn't have an easy house to sell and we didn't have an easy situation: We put our house on the market in January and immediately we all got sick, I had a 19-month old child that was still napping daily (usually when people wanted showings) and a husband that had achilles surgery and was on crutches, AND we were in the middle of the blizzards last winter...but we still ended up with multiple offers thanks to her prep work with us and her tireless support of what we wanted out of the selling process. What impressed me the most was how she handled every aspect of our home sale--she treated us like we were her only clients and we never once have looked back wishing she did anything more for us through this process. I would tell possible clients that I highly recommend Debbie with no reservations. She will make it happen! Isn't that the bottom line?
