Deborah and her expert team sold our Antelope home in Spring 2025, and we’ll be forever grateful. I had several months of notice ahead of our desired listing season, and I did a ton of research to find the best realtors in Sacramento and Placer County, then find the realtor among them who’d be the best fit for us. Deborah Stafford checked every box and then some. She’s incredibly seasoned, kind, practical, a gifted communicator, and extremely well-connected. She invests so much time in her listings, even in the months leading up to going on market, and she’s especially experienced in working with newer buyer’s agents who need a LOT of guidance to keep deals on track. She had the insight, connections, and expertise we needed to make our house ultra-desirable for our price bracket, and she helped us keep a level head as the housing market went through unprecedented shifts and change during our time on market.

13 house purchases in my lifetime and Deborah Stafford and her Assistant Georgette were hands down the absolute best! They displayed great kindness and patience as they dealt with this newly widowed woman relocating from Oregon to Sacramento. As you can imagine, I was not an easy client, but Deborah put absolutely no pressure on me, spent 5 months showing me homes, even when she knew my old home needed to close before purchase. She told me just looking would give both of a us a feel for what interested me. She helped me find the perfect home and Georgette was there to answer questions, schedule home improvement services, etc. Her knowledge of folks to hire for improvements prior to move in, were excellent choices to make my home truly mine. She and Georgette celebrated with me, greeted me at my new home with the keys, a sign, photos and a lovely gift. Let me tell you why MY realtor is better than the rest:
Originally I was working with someone else but he really didn’t understand my needs and the type of homes I was interested in. Then I met Deborah by a chance. I was walking to an open house and ran into one of my clients who referred me to Deborah.
And it was a perfect match. She sat down with me and showed me the paperwork of everything to expect in the upcoming months once I do find something. We searched, the market went up, and I took a break until I was ready again. But Deborah and Georgette didn’t forget about me. Once in a while they would send me my ideal home in my ideal neighborhoods but they were also realistic with me and helped me make wise decisions as a first time buyer. That was crucial. Deborah communicated clearly the whole time, was always available when I was concerned or had questions AND THE BEST PART— I bought this house AS IS. It’s a fixer for sure, so I thought, that’s that! It needed everything! Termite damage, new roof, mold, updating throughout and she managed to get me a credit of 23k! That has helped so much. I don’t know how she did it but together we beat a cash offer and it’s looking amazing. I’m so glad I had a great team with me. I don’t think this was possible without them!
