Deborah Tomczak

I specialize in residential real estate sales in Viera, Suntree, Baytree and surrounding areas of Central Florida’s Space Coast. My strengths include having extensive knowledge in developing relationships, marketing and advertising. My success over the past ten years is measured not only by $55 million dollars in sales but more importantly by the friendships I have made along the way.
Education is very important to me and I believe that every day is an opportunity to learn something new. My education has continued, so I can better serve my clients and real estate market. I completed the Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), and I earned the designation Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS). I'm currently working on the ePro designation, which focuses on Internet sales, and marketing.
Community involvement is a passion of mine. I have been active in Leadership Brevard since 2006, spent two years as the membership co-chairman of the University of Florida Alumni Association and have served on the board of the Devereux Foundation for the past seven years. I graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising and Marketing.
