Deborah (Debbie) D. Weber is a Real Estate Associate with Keller Williams Realty, a full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage with a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Debbie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri of St. Louis. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service and sales. Debbie has worked as a Senior Associate with Real Estate Solutions and with Cassidy Turley, a commercial real estate firm, working directly with Sara Lee and Edward Jones in the capacity of Property and Facility Management. Debbie is a proud member of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of Realtors and serves on the SLAR Diversity and Urban Affairs Committee. She is a member of the St. Louis Association of Real Estate Professionals, whose mission is to provide the community with exemplary real estate services via education, professional ethics, and cooperative economics.

She is a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) which is a prestigious honor within the Market Centers of Keller Williams offices. In her role as an ALC leader, she assists the Team Leader in education and fundraising. Debbie is also the VP of Membership for the St. Louis Chapter of the National Sales Network.

Debbie is enthusiastic about youth organizations and has assisted with fundraising efforts and coordinated events such as golf tournaments, workshops, and can food drives. She joined the Young Leadership Society of the United Way in 2010 and serves as an Entrepreneurial Chairman. She sits as a board member "at large" for Kids in the Middle, a full-service counseling service for families dealing with separation and divorce.

Debbie has spoken to groups all over St. Louis about philanthropic giving and Real Estate. She believes that educating her clients is the best way to ensure that they are prepared to make good real estate decisions. Debbie's clients have consistently remarked about her ability to exceed expectations!
