About Debra

As a top-producing Realtor and the business partner of a custom luxury home builder, Debra views homes from a unique perspective. Her knowledge of the custom building process from lot location, design, budgeting, material selection, and implementation to closing, has equipped her to effectively and efficiently assist clients on new construction as well as provide great insight on existing homes.

Named one of the Top 25 Women in Business in 2014, Debra was honored to be recognized as one of the area’s remarkable women whose professional accomplishments and contributions to the community go well above and beyond the norm. Debra was the top producing individual Realtor in 2014 and has had her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation since 2008.

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Debra was a mechanical engineer for Lockheed Martin in the space shuttle program at the NASA facility in Clearlake, Texas. After completing a Masters in Telecommunications, she worked for Nortel in engineering, planning, and pre-sales and then for AT&T as a project manager.

Debra's clients trust her with their real estate needs, and she takes that seriously. Almost two decades of problem-solving and applied analytical skills have prepared her to serve her clients in navigating the real estate market, including the ever-changing technology around real estate sales. In addition to existing home sales and purchases, Debra has assisted her clients through new construction homes, large acreage deals, and lot acquisitions. All things real estate, and helping her loyal clients, is a passion.

Beyond selling real estate and providing exceptional service, Debra and her husband are also involved with and support various local charities such as Shiloh Place, Smiles Charity, and Minuteman Disaster Response.
