After moving to Clayton, Georgia in 1996, Debra began her career in real estate in 2000 in the Rabun County, Georgia area. She is a licensed in both Georgia (#235298) and North Carolina (#185469). With the many changes in the real estate market, she strives to keep up to date with the national, state, and local rules and regulations. She received my Associate Brokers license in 2003 and GRI (Georgia Realtor Institute) in 2006. I received the Realtor of the Year Award in 2008, 2012 and 2014. She served as board President 2008, Board Secretary two years, received Volunteer of the Year 2007, chaired numerous board committees including the Tour of Homes; Program and Education, Grievance & Professional Standards, Non-Dues Revenue and co-chaired many.
