Debra is knowledgeable not only about real estate, but she is also very knowledgeable about the area she serves, having grown up in Kittitas County. She is extremely professional, strives to understand her clients needs and preferences as well as the market. She is also very responsive to texts, phone calls, or emails so keeps her clients “in the loop.” I have used her for several real estate transactions and I have recommended her to my friends as welll. They, too, have found her to be responsive to their needs and efficient in their home searches. Last, because of her longevity and expertise in real estate, she has many connections in the community and at my request, has proven very helpful in recommending to me other reliable professionals in several areas.

My husband and I were moving from Oregon to Washington state. Debra's knowledge of the community and all aspects of the real estate business is fabulous.She's very professional and listens to the clients needs and wants for the perfect home. My husband and I wanted some land (my husband more than I ). We looked at many options. Debra presented many options for us. She never tired at giving us the many possiblities. We decided on a home with an 1 acre property. Debra's knowledge of the neighborhoods, shopping, and schools were another factor. When we had questions, Debra would find the answers promptly. We would and have already recommended Debra highly for buyers and sellers(listing their homes) with her. She'll get the job done.
