Debra is a broker agent with a strength of attention to contract details and marketing, Debra is known to be honest, focused, determined, and reliable, with an aptitude for making sure people are well informed and working together in a way to overcome obstacles to reach the completion of a goal. Listening to needs, wishes, and ideal situations and then setting out to find and present the perfect fit for her clients’ has been Debra’s forte throughout her entire career.
Debra is a lifelong resident of Belgrade, graduating University of Maine at Orono with her junior year spent at Christ Church College and IAU in Canterbury, England through an honors scholarship . Although Debra has founded and managed two small businesses that have taken her to many other cities, including years in New York City, she has always made her home in Belgrade as she believes there is no place like Maine . Serving the state and community is important to Debra, and she has served on the governors appointed Maine Film Commission for 20 years and is currently on two boards for the Town of Belgrade.
In addition to seeing the world with her favorite travel partner, her husband, Debra enjoys boating, kayaking, swimming, and all activities surrounding lakefront living, including cooking and fireside relaxing with family and friends. Hiking, skiing, and gardening are activities she also enjoys during Maine’s beautiful four seasons. One of her favorite things to do is kayaking at sunrise when the lake is the calmest, experiencing the early morning colors and quiet where it becomes evident she is living in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
