Debra is a true Southern California native, growing up in San Diego and obtaining her degree from USC. After graduating summa cum laude, she launched a successful decade-long career in Sales and Account Management. In 2000, she moved to the community of Coto de Caza in Orange County, where she raised two children and began her next career in real estate.
With over a decade of experience as a realtor, Debra also holds a broker's license and has closed more than 60 transactions over the past five years. She has a passion for representing buyers and sellers of residential homes, and her meticulous approach to home preparations has led to record-breaking sales.

A natural extrovert, Debra is always up for a conversation on all things real estate.
