She knows vendors in the area and was very helpful in getting contractors in to deal with minor repairs, home prep, and landscaping over the course of our home sale. Debra is extremely professional. When Problems came up she went and found workers, painters, carpenters and solutions. She was also invaluable as a knowledgable real estate agent with 30+ years of experience and was able to see the tremendous potential in my property. She was also very positive about my property which has so much potential and she was able to convey that to the buyers. I loved my home, she sold it to people who will in turn love it. How can you not love that?

Debra exercised a lot of patience with me as the house buying experience took over 10 years. With the Santa Cruz Realestate market climbing and my expectations, of a home, keeping steady the gap between what I could afford and what I wanted seemed to grow. For over 10 years Debra continued to contact me and bring to my attention anything that looked promising. I had accepted that I would probably never own a home in my beloved home town, and probably relocate after my kids became more self sufficient.
