If you are looking for a great realtor, we would like to recommend Debbie Gay from Coldwell Banker in Rockland County, NY. Debbie listed our house, and we had seven offers the first weekend; several were above asking price. We sold the house the first week. Debbie knew how to price our house, and what we should and should not do to prepare our house for sale. She was available seven days a week, if we had any questions.
Debbie is very knowledgeable about the housing market, and everything she told us to do was spot on. She was lovely to work with and very helpful with any issues or questions we had. We highly recommend Debbie Gay if you want a top notch realtor.

Debbie is a courteous, professional agent with extensive experience. She was a true pleasure to work with and we recommend her highly. From the moment we were connected through ideal agent she was calling and gathering information and providing valuable knowledge so that we would be able to maximize the sale of our home. Prior to the home being placed on the market, she came by our house to point out areas that she saw needed small improvements and key areas that we should highlight. My father in-law who had many trepidations about the process of selling his family home where he resided for over 42 years. Needless to say, many great memories. Debra walked him through the process step by step, helped stage his home beautifully, and made sure he knew what to expect.
