Experience:
Debra has been working in the real estate industry for over 16 years and has helped clients with the purchase and sale of homes and condominiums in many different price points, including high-end luxury homes. She has experienced several different types of markets, from a hot, fast-paced market to ones with new challenges. Prior to working in the real estate industry, she was a teacher for 25+ years, and values education and life-long learning. As such, she believes in the importance of being able to learn new skills in this ever-changing market while providing clients with top-notch service. She has collaborated with her husband in the construction of new homes for the past 16 years and knows what it takes to build a quality product from the ground up. Her experience as a site agent for individual homes and plats has enabled her to meet and work with many clients, as well as participate in the marketing of new homes. Besides marketing and helping clients find the perfect home, her joy comes from the interior design process and staging homes for sale.
