In addition to selling a large house in Sandy Springs within a week, Debra has also been working with us on two other successful property deals.

She helped us buy another house where there were multiple offers. Using her expertise and experience she was able to ensure that our bid prevailed in a very competitive process.
Not only does she understand the intricacies of how to put the best deal together, she has excellent judgement when it comes assessing individual deals, with all of the factors involved.
We were lucky to have her.

And finally Debra helped us to sell a large and valuable property. This was a prolonged sales process, but she was constantly encouraging, and even helped us secure a renter for a while.
In the end a sale was agreed, and we were very appreciative of her patience and resilience.

And my final piece of glowing feedback is that all 3 of the above deals were finally completed within a two month period.
At no point did she take her eye off the ball, and she was quick to identify opportunities.

I've never met anyone as responsive, strategic, smart, and one step ahead as Debra is. She is unreal. On top of it all, she gets things done quickly and with extreme precision and competence. She's accommodating and knows her stuff. I was very lucky to have found her as she made it easy when in fact, it was a difficult process. Oh and she even managed to find a way to bring me into a home that wasn't for sale but in short order, she contacted the homeowners and convinced them to consider selling and allow me to see their residence.
