I recently purchased my first home and Ms. Debra was a great help throughout the entire process. Since I was a first time homebuyer everything was new to me but she ensured I had the resources and answered any questions I had to help me make sound decisions. She was very dedicated throughout the process and was always available anytime I needed to contact her. Since she was so diligent it took stress off of me as a buyer. I would highly recommend working with her for your home buying needs.

Please ignore the one star review she was recently given by “Matt B.” He was the person we bought the house from, and they left it in terrible condition and did not communicate with us on many things. Debra is not rude.

As an Active Duty Marine, time is not always on my side because of mission requirements. My time is limited due to many vital responsibilities that I hold in my occupation as a service member. Therefore, my time with my family is very precious and I do not like sacrificing it. Mrs. Debra McElroy, was phenomenal and her keen attention to detail and impeccable communication exceeded my expectations as a realtor. I was referred to her by another service member and she had nothing but positive reviews about Debra. Debra understood that my time was limited and she ensured to be available whenever I was. Even while being stationed overseas, she attended to my phone calls and text messages promptly. To any one who has bought a house understands that it can be a stressful process and it is even more so coming from overseas. However, she made it possible for me and my family to have a close knit team who expedited the process and ensured me and my family were taken care off. She is the person everyone wants on their team and only looked out for the very best for me and my family. I have already referred her to three other service members and I am eager to hear about their positive experiences as well. She also attended the day of our closing which made it more special as it was our first home. She really feels like she is part of your family. We need more people like her!
