Prior to listing our home, Debra made some small and inexpensive suggestions that significantly increased the overall appearance of our home to potential buyers. 02/23/2016 - clc0213 Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Auburn, WA. Debra was our selling agent and did an outstanding job. She met with me early in the process and through the 6 mo. process of getting our home ready to sell she stuck with us. Not bugging us but keeping in touch. When the offers came in, she helped us to understand the difference in the offers. We had an inspector and appraiser that were both VERY picky and she helped CALM me down and tackle what we needed to accomplish to get the sale to go through. I would have LOST IT several times in the process if Debra had not been there. I highly recommend her!!

Debra made us feel very comfortable at at ease about selling our home. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She definitely knows the Sumner/Lake Tapps area well. She was able to provide several comparable properties and made us feel very comfortable with asking price. Debra has great negotiation skills and was able to sell our home for its full listing price. 10/20/2014 - bcalaways Showed home in 2014 in Lamberts Corner, WA 98512. Deborah assisted me in finding a house in Olympia, WA while I was still living in Salt Lake City, Utah. Unfortunately my military orders changed and the house that we were looking forward to purchasing we had to let go. I found her insight and knowledge to be invaluable in the process considering schools and recreation areas are very important to my family. I don't know if I could have found the perfect house without her!
