Debra has lived in Hampshire County her entire life and loves this part of the Pioneer Valley. She started her passion for Real Estate when she first became a homeowner at the age of 20. Since then, Debra and her husband have made several land purchases and built their current home in Granby, MA. She has built a successful career in Real Estate sales for over 16 years offering her wealth of experience and knowledge representing Sellers and Buyers in the residential market in Western Massachusetts including Belchertown, Amherst, South Hadley, Northampton, Hadley, Ludlow, Chicopee, Wilbraham, Longmeadow, Palmer and surrounding areas.

Debra Neveu and Richard Poissant partnered together in 2005 to form THE POISSANT AND NEVEU TEAM and have jointly closed 600+ homes within the Western MA region primarily in Hampshire, Hampden, and Franklin Counties. Debra is happy to be a Belchertown Realtor - Belchertown Real Estate Agent.

We are proud to work and live in an area near Quabbin Reservoir, Northampton shopping at Thornes Market, the Connecticut River and all of the local Colleges such as UMass, Amherst College, Mt. Holyoke College, Elms College, Smith College, Hampshire College, and Amherst College. There are so many offerings from art to the outdoors in our area. We are also known for our hospitals: Baystate Health, Cooley Dickinson, Mary Lane, Noble Hospital, Holyoke Hospital and other major businesses such as Mass Mutual, Callaway Golf, and the new MGM Springfield.

Debra and her husband Doug, now at the age of 48, have been married for over 28 years and have 2 adult children, and 2 young grandsons. As an empty-nester, Debra has been more active in her love for the outdoors. You will often see a bicycle racked on her car around Town for impromptu bike rides in between Real Estate appointments, or catch her riding on the road or along the local bike path. You might also see Debra out hiking along the Seven Sisters range, Quabbin Reservoir or at Mount Warner. Debra also has been known to run a few races (including the Rome Marathon in Italy). Kayaking, skiing, triathlons…she is all in!

Debra has high energy and brings that energy to your Real Estate transaction. She was trained by Mike Ferry Coaches and Dave Ramsey ELP and has built strong relationships with local lending institutions. Prior to Real Estate, Debra has worked as a Paralegal.
