My client relationships are very valuable to me and they do not end at the closing. I also enjoy providing a special service to my sellers which helps sell their homes. I specialize in home staging and have the AHS Accredited Home-Staging Specialist designation to provide my clients with extra care. This expertise has been key in the successful sale of my sellers' homes. Staged homes are proven to sell faster and for more money. Staging is a service I provide at no cost to my sellers. It is very rewarding to see the selling transaction so pleasant when you convey a home that is attractive and in top condition. The outcome is a very grateful seller and a satisfied buyer. Selling a home is more than putting a sign in the yard. I enjoy selling new homes as well as existing homes. I have 18 year experience in new home construction sales. Building a new home can take up to 6 months and there are challenges during the process that require the knowledge and experience of a successful real estate agent. It always helps to have someone to be there for with you during the much anticipated closing of a new home. I take pride in being there for my clients during the most important purchase and exciting experience of their lives.
