Hello, I´m Debra Spencer and I provide over and beyond services for first-time buyers, transitional sellers and investors in residential sales. I´ll help you find the home of your dreams and/or be there to assist and market your home when you are ready to sale. I have been a successful Realtor for over 30 years, 21 years with Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate Company. I understand the different types of financing available including VA, FHA and Conventional plus additional programs for first-time buyers and change of life purchases. The Augusta-Richmond and Columbia County area have been my home for over 37 years. Yet not only do I assist Buyers and Sellers in this market, I live and play in this area. I am an active member of the historical Tabernacle Baptist Church and volunteer with my local Realtor Association, having served on the Education and Public Relations committees, currently I serve as a Commissioner with the Augusta-Richmond County Planning and Zoning Board. Family and community matter to me: I am a former Girl Scout Leader, former classroom mom and currently attend and support community events, including Broadway over Augusta, concerts at the James Brown Arena and Bell Auditorium, GOTV activities, and donate to local charities. I am a wife and mother of two adult daughters. I´m a lover of sports and anything Motown. I also love to travel locally and globally and bake a mean German Chocolate Cake!
