About Debra
Debra's background and experience equip her with a unique ability to assist individuals in making one of the most important decisions in their lives: purchasing a new home or selling their existing one.
With decades of business experience, Debra has served as the general manager of the University Mall in Carbondale since 1996. Throughout her tenure, she has successfully developed and negotiated numerous commercial real estate transactions, attracting both local and national tenants to the mall. Prior to returning to Southern Illinois 25 years ago, Debra gained expertise in marketing and sales while working in retail management in the St. Louis and Milwaukee metro areas.
Having deep roots in Southern Illinois, Debra grew up in Murphysboro and is a proud graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Her late father, Jim Tindall, was a respected figure in the insurance and real estate business communities in Murphysboro for over 50 years. Debra obtained her real estate license during her senior year at SIU and sold her first house while working for her father in 1976.
Being a broker with CENTURY 21 House of Realty brings Debra immense satisfaction. Over the past two years, she has been actively involved in selling homes as a broker in the Carbondale office. Her goal is to ensure that every transaction is as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients. Whether it's buying or selling a home, an investment property, or a commercial building, Debra invites individuals to consider her for their real estate needs, as well as to recommend her to family members and friends.
Debra possesses a profound understanding of the Southern Illinois real estate market, including its current outlook and potential opportunities.
