By far Debra West is the best in town. We are first time home buyers, and were on the fence for a while, because we've heard horror stories about buying a home. Debra met with us over zoom, (because we were out of state) to explain the process and to get to know us. She set our minds at ease very quickly during the meeting because she was very knowledgeable, and we could tell we had picked the right agent. She went over every single step of what we could expect, in detail. Once she got to know us a little, and found out what we were looking for, she immediately already had our dream home in mind. As soon as the meeting was over she drove straight to the house and had a Facetime call with us, and showed us every inch of the house. It was 110% of what we were looking for and in our budget. We wanted this house! Debra and her team got to work, and about 45 days later we closed, with very little issues. Debra and one of her team members Kendal, was there during the entire process to take care of everything, and answer any questions we had. If I texted Debra she answered immediately, and when I would send Kendal an email I got the exact same treatment. From start to finish we didn't have one single issue with Debra's team. If we ever decide to sell this house and buy another in the future, I wouldn't use anyone else!

No One Better. Not only was the process from start to finish, only about 6 weeks, the whole experience was dare I say… easy! Debra is the absolute best negotiator as well. It was impressive watching her work with the seller to help us get the absolute best deal we could have hoped for. 10/10 across the board. I’ve had one other poor experience with a realtor and it was the exact opposite of working with Debra. She comes HIGHly recommended. The Debra West Team did an excellent job helping me sell my former home in Wichita Falls.

Debra led the effort with the initial interview she conducted, anticipating many of my questions and answering each and all in turn. Once she had run the comps, she explained her strategy and her approach to local market conditions amidst prevailing economic circumstances.

Debra and her team put me in touch with people who did a great job getting the property ready for staging: a housecleaner who took care cleaning the interior end to end, a window cleaner working inside and out, and a contractor who cleaned and pruned in the yards front and back and who helped clean the house’s exterior as needed. Their work was put on display to great effect by the professional photographer Debra engaged for showing off the property in the online listing her team produced.

Debra and her team coordinated their efforts with other agents for showings and also arranged for a weekend open house event to give the property additional exposure.

Taylor and Kyndal with her office staff were dependable go-to contacts who made themselves available in person, by phone, and online to respond promptly to any and all questions and concerns arising through the process.

While the sale took a bit longer than any of us had anticipated, the outcome was an utter success and came about in timely fashion.

I have worked with a few agents in my past and Debra and her team are by far the best! They are so patient and go above and beyond any other agents I've known. We had a big issue with the seller on one property we were purchasing in which they left behind tons of trash, Debra had one of her team members over there to pick up all the nastiness left behind which was not their responsibility. She is also extremely knowledgeable with VA and first time buyers as well as new builds. We originally met her when she was the property manager of a home we were renting. We will go with her to manage our home when/ if we have to move out of state. This company is so well rounded and I cant say enough good things. If you don't choose them you are making a HUGE mistake.

We connected with Jason Sypula from the Debra West Re-Max team thru a google search. He was very personable from the beginning and took the time to ask about what we were looking to find. We spoke for a couple weeks prior to making the trip to house hunt in Texas. Once in Texas we actually met him before a quick tour of the city and local hot spots.

He knew exactly what we were looking for and only showed us homes that fit our expectations.
Jason didn’t try to sell us a house, as he says he just introduces people to homes and the home makes the deal. He was so right. We ended up purchasing the first house he took us to.

He kept things moving with our real estate agent in Colorado to insure our closings would be as close together as possible, in fact we sold our old house virtually on a Wednesday and bought our new Texas house the next day.

We feel very lucky to have connected with Jason and his expertise in the Texas real estate scene.

Between my fiancé and I, we have now used Debra for three home purchases and two home sales. She is wonderful to work with! When you are selling (or buying) a home, you want to go with an individual that knows the area and the people who live in that area, is honest and forthcoming regarding what the market has to offer, will make sure that the process for you and the other family is fair, is always professional and up to date with how real estate works.
