About Debra

Debra is the founding member of the Wilson Team and an accomplished Realtor who began her career in the fast-paced market of Central Florida. She gained invaluable experience as a real estate appraiser before transitioning to new home sales, making her mark in some of Orlando’s most prestigious neighborhoods. With her keen insights, she became a sought-after consultant for investors looking to tap into Orlando’s emerging areas. She currently is a member of ORRA/Stella and collaborates with top agents for her midwest clients looking to purchase a home in the Orlando, Sarasota, and Fort Myers areas.

In 1998, Debra relocated to Carmel to be with her husband, Jeff. She started in new home sales and fully embraced her role as a real estate agent in 2005, working at Century 21, FC Tucker, and now Keller Williams. In 2006, her vision came to fruition when she founded the Wilson Team alongside her husband, Jeff. Her dedication and expertise have earned her numerous accolades, including the Builder's Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) Rookie of the Year award, Presidential awards, and membership in the Centurion Honor Society.

Debra firmly believes that learning is a lifelong journey, and education is a top priority for her. She continually seeks ways to give her clients an edge in the market, serves on the leadership council, and teaches fellow agents. She is a certified negotiator, accredited in luxury marketing, and a pioneer in home staging accreditation. Licensed in both Indiana and Florida, she passionately scouts the market for her clients. Her unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence are at the core of her work. With combined sales exceeding $300 million, she has positively impacted nearly 1,000 clients, forging lasting relationships built on trust.

In her spare time, Debra dedicates herself to philanthropic projects and enjoys traveling to Bloomington to spend time with her daughter at Indiana University.
