Deepak was referred to us by one of our friend. We were first time buyers. Upon meeting Deepak for the first time and discussing with him our requirement we got a feeling that he will be able to find us the home we were looking for. We had a long list of requirements and Deepak was very patient and we checked several houses. Deepak was very quick to setup appointments. He would explain us in detail pros and cons of very house. He would check every house with us as if he was himself buying the house. We always felt confident and could rely on Deepak's opinion. He is very knowledgeable of the locations we were looking in. The market was very competitive. However he used to keep telling us we will find the house we are looking for. We could call Deepak anytime and he guided us throughout the whole process. I must say he is one of the best realtors anyone can work with. Thank you Deepak for all your help in finding us our dream home.

First of all a big thank you to Deepak - we found ourselves a wonderful home. We are first time buyers and not being in US for that long (7 years) further aggravates the process for us. We were looking for house in Hillsborough and South Brunswick neighborhood. During the entire process, you will cross paths with many professionals starting with Realtor, Lawyers, Inspectors, Lenders, owners and few more. The process is pretty much laid down already when it comes to buying the house in US and it is the buyer only who has to be on top of things and do most of the heavy lifting. Having said this, it is your realtor who would stay through out. You would time and again go back to him or her with your questions (and he or she would be the person who in my case reminded me of the steps in the process.). So you need someone trustworthy. And Deepak has been spot on in that. He is not pushy, he is not someone who wants to make a deal out of your dream. He will provide honest feedback and guidance. Believe me! you need someone trustworthy! Someone like him. He made himself available every time and anytime of the day. He educated me ( I can be a realtor now :)). It is a stressful process when it goes wrong and you need someone by your side. Blindly choose him for taking care of your dream.

It was great working with Deepak , thorough professional . We looked at houses for 7 months non-stop more than 80+ houses . We were touring 4-6 houses every week .

Through out all this Deepak was very patient and helped us filter out the ones that did not make sense for us and pointed out the ones that did fit our checklists . Very glad we went with Deepak would highly recommend him . Truly deserves the 5 star rating!

I went through 5 realtors before meeting Deepak and he was the first I ever felt truly comfortable around. As a first-time home buyer, you may be a bit apprehensive and bumble around, but Deepak was nothing but patient and courteous with me. He provided honest feedback about each home we saw, pointing out flaws I had not seen and wasn't pushy at all. Other realtors I found a bit crass and "used-car salesman" types, but Deepak is imbued with nothing but that strategic realism that helped him get me the right home - even though there were FOUR offers above mine, and TWO of them CASH!

Cannot be happier with my new home or the realtor who helped me get here. 5 stars

We worked with a couple of realtors before meeting Deepak. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous and had lots of questions... which Deepak always answered. He really helped us find the "perfect house".

Deepak was very knowledgeable about the towns we were looking at. He was also very determined to find us the right fit - and would send us listings multiple times a day. He was super flexible with us and would run to see houses ASAP (which is super important in today's market). He also helped us investigate a couple of properties and make sure we were making smart decisions about our offer (solar panels, taxes, etc.).

Deepak also has a great network of people around him - he recommended a great mortgage broker and attorney which helped us close on time (even during COVID-19).

We would definitely recommend Deepak to all of our friends and family.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with DEEPAK KUMAR. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Deepak, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for us!), and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Deepak kumar walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Deepak Kumar for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Deepak Kumar to them! ”
