If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Delia has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of selling our home. When we doubted ourselves she was always there to encourage and give great advice. She kept us up to date throughout the process and was available when we needed her. This process can be stressful but Delia made it easy. 10/10 would recommend!!

Five stars is no where near enough when it comes to rating Delia, because she is truly amazing. She is professional and will answer every question you have about the home buying process. If she doesn’t know the answer, trust me when I say as soon as she has it, you will know. She responds promptly to messages, and actually listens and cares about her clients.
She wants to make sure you are comfortable in your decisions, while still giving her honest feedback. As a first time home buyer, I had so much anxiety about the process, and I am so thankful to have had Delia as a realtor. I have heard people say, you don’t need a realtor or they are a waste of time but Delia was a gem. I couldn’t imagine going through this process without her expertise and knowledge. If I ever purchase another home or sell one, Delia is honestly the only realtor I would want to work with. If you are looking to buy or sell a home and want someone that is going to work for you and your needs, I would highly recommend Delia!

Highly recommend Simply Sold by Delia!! She stepped in after my home was listed with another agent for 6 months. She understood my goals and swiftly executed on the plan. Delia was professional, open to feedback, willing to personalize her services to meet my needs and worked hard! Within a few weeks back in the market, my home had multiple offers. The final and now closed offer was at full asking price. Without Delia, I’d still be paying multiple mortgage and under constant stress!!!!

Delia truly exceeded our expectations and is the absolute best realtor there is to work with! You will absolutely not regret working with her! Delia's client negotiating skills is top tier and she always was available for the many questions and concerns we had with selling our property. She had prompt responses to our questions, clear communication throughout the process, and proactive updates. We had a tight schedule for selling our home and we love how she immediately scheduled and completed video tours, staging, photography and weekly open house availability.
