Delia's understanding of excellent client service stems from watching her father run a successful business and greet every customer with a smile for 38 years. Born in Healdsburg and raised in the surrounding areas, Delia takes great pride in being a natural concierge for the area.
A top producing Realtor since, 1998 and past manager of a large real estate office, Delia loves that she gets the opportunity to make a living by helping people, building new relationships, and being involved in her community. Much of Delia's success has come from staying true to her strong ethics, dedication to constantly gathering new knowledge, her ability to solve problems, and being a leader and resource to her clients and other agents.
As a fulltime agent Delia's approach to real estate is focused around making strong client relationships that continue beyond the sale. "I absolutely love visiting clients months and sometimes years after the close knowing that they are building family memories in their homes for a lifetime."
When Delia is not helping her clients achieve their dreams, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, hanging out on the shores of the Russian River or kayaking down it, traveling, indulging at the local restaurants, or taking in a concert on the Plaza on a Tuesday night.
