The Barba Group was amazing! They went above and beyond! Dee was always there to explain the loan process, step-by-step, always assuring us she had our back and ensured us that nothing would go wrong in the process. As first time home buyers, we needed that support and we obviously had lots of questions. Brandon, a millennial like me and my partner, understood the feelings we were having and gave us the support we needed as well. Plus 2 months down the line he still answers when I have questions about possibly adding an ADU to our property or when I need help finding a reasonable tree trimmer. No doubt this team will continue to help us for years to come.

I couldn't speak more highly of the Barba Group. They guided me through my first home purchase and laid out the process in detail so that there were never any surprises. I felt in the know and in control at every point from start to finish. I'm a thorough person and they were able to answer all my questions or seek down the information from the Seller, HOA, escrow etc and respond in a timely manner. Most importantly, I felt supported throughout the whole process. My husband and I both enjoy working with Brandon. We weren't exactly sure what we were looking for, but Brandon was able to help us put that into words, and from there on, he was able to show us homes we could consider. As first time homebuyers, Brandon was able to guide us through the process smoothly while providing us with pros, cons, and his professional opinion when we were stuck on a decision to be made. Another thing we liked about working with him was that it was just so easy to talk to him about our concerns, budget, and desires. Communication is important to us, and we could see Brandon was very communicative with us. He'll look into the questions we had and would give us answers, even when they were repeat questions. All-in-all, great guy to work with and did not have any regrets! We both highly recommend working with Brandon.

Brandon as an agent is attentive, approachable, always willing to help, and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate. We just started working with Brandon and he has already gained our trust as a client. We started talking about buying a home in November of 2020. We were both really nervous to start the whole process and had no idea where to even begin. After a year of saving and prepping for this next chapter in our life we reached out to Brandon for help. Shopping for a home can be a pretty scary experience. I’ve had conversations with Brandon well before I started shopping and he was very helpful with what I needed to know and how to make sure I was ready.

When we started looking, Brandon took the time to find out what I was looking for and had constructive suggestions. Like most people, my budget was pretty strict and my expectations were high. The market is humbling and Brandon did a good job of staying optimistic and realistic. He gives his insight on when to let go and when to be aggressive but always left the decision to me.

I was fortunate to have gotten an offer accepted. When speaking with the sellers, I found out I got my offer accepted even though I didn’t offer the most money. What I’ve learned is that there are more ways to get your offer accepted than throwing more money at the sellers. Escrow was also a stressful process but Brandon took the time to go over every piece of paperwork but made me review it again on my own.

When you’re shopping for a home, a great agent will answer all your questions, sets realistic expectations, and show a genuine interest in helping you out. I’d easily recommend Brandon based on our conversations before I worked with him and he raised that bar after helping me find my home. I’m forever grateful for his guidance and help.

Brandon was a great agent. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. Our home purchase was a bit of a challenge but he stayed ahead of things the whole way. There were a few times we had to have some very tough conversations he didn’t shy away. He never pressured us but he wasn’t a pushover when dealing with the lender and seller. He was available whenever we had any questions or concerns. He definitely made the home buying process better for us.

I know a few realtors but I chose Brandon because we share an interest investing. I always choose to work with people who practice what they preach and I’m so glad I chose him. He helped me find a nice condo that would cash flow if I decide to rent out the property. Finding a cash flowing property in this market and near a downtown location in Socal is NOT easy so I am thankful for his skills as a realtor.

We hit a few snags along the way after the inspection, but Brandon always worked quickly and diligently to find a solution. Thanks for all your help brother! I appreciate it!

My house search lasted about a year and was mostly with Brandon who was absolutely the best. I was very picky and I would sometimes send him 5 or more houses a day to go walkthrough. I'd say we looked at maybe 50 or more houses and he always had useful information to share about each. My goal was to rent out an ADU to help pay for the mortgage and he is somewhat familiar with rent laws because he is a landlord himself. So now here am writing this review in my new home with an ADU. Brandon negotiated $15,000 off my offering price which saved me big time. He did so well that I'm suggesting The Barba Group to people at my work. If I had to some up the review in a few words I would say, responsive, friendly, and helpful. Thanks guys!
