The market around the Seattle area is super hot and it's very difficult to find a home right now. Houses in our area typically are on the market for less than a month and receive multiple offers above asking price. Given these conditions and being a first time home buyer, we needed extra help and guidance throughout the process. And Delisa was able to make it happen! She helped us get into the perfect house in the area we wanted to be in the most. Delisa's calm demeanor and helpful guidance were exactly what we needed throughout what can be a very stressful process. Though Delisa was very calm, she also acted with a sense of urgency exactly when we needed it. She pushed us to see the home we bought as soon as possible and had us ready to submit an offer ASAP. Her quick moving and sense of urgency is what helped land us the home. Additionally, her strong negotiation and interpersonal skills helped us make sure our offer was the best offer without us grossly overpaying for the house. And finally, she helped us get out of a sticky situation when we chose a lender that wasn't a great fit for us. She provided lot's of great guidance on how to manage the situation and also stepped in exactly when we needed her help. We are so happy with our new home and can't thank Delisa enough! We would highly recommend the Boatman team.

We was never pushy, instead letting us assert what we wanted and where and then helped us to find it! Great job, would use them again but hoping not to move for a long, long time!

The agents used to live in the area, so they know the town and it's history. Excellent in prepping the seller needs to do prior to putting house on the market. Knows the laws, regulations and local ordinances. Very familiar with all lenders and how they work. They are great at communicating and keeping me up to date. Overall a very good experience.

My wife and I had been looking for homes for months. We owned one at the time that we liked but it was just missing a few things that we wanted. We wanted a new home with all the right amenities. We looked for months and months and DeLisa kept firing off new listings as they would hit the market. She was on it every day and kept looking for what we wanted. After several months looking and lots of showings, DeLisa sent us the perfect listing. That same day we had a showing and we wrote the offer. It was a good thing too! Had DeLisa not been looking for us everyday, we would would have missed on this perfect home. There were several showings the first day on the marketing and 4 other offers! I find Blake and Delisa very easy to work with. I really like the husband/wife team approach which makes you feel like you get double the effort. They really went to bat for us on buying a short sale in 2012 and that was such a success we're having them keep an eye out for another deal. Hard to break into the market again when you're competing against house-flippers but Blake seems to know how the game is played, who to call and what your odds are at making the buy.
