Delisia was very professional and patient while she helped our family find our new home. She constantly sent us great homes from her MLS without being too pushy-- and once we started finding ones we loved we did tours together (she even did some completely remote/virtual tours for us, which helped a lot at the beginning). She is super quick to respond via text, and most simple matters can be sorted out in texts or short calls. She helped us get set up with utility info, lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and more! Along the way had great recommendations; for example, she recommended that we could move our settlement back a few days to gave us nearly an extra month before the first mortgage payment hit. Many small recommendations like this along the way made us see her diligence and professionalism. Delisia is very friendly and I recommend you reach out if you want help getting a new home!
