Wow! What a blessing it was to find Demetra. Prior to finding her we put in close to 25 offers. The last five being five to $10,000 over appraisal. After no success with the real estate agent, it was a blessing to find Demetra Hicks. She has a great understanding of the market. After two weeks, we put in an offer and then closed 30 days later. If you want a real estate agent that knows their business that is honest and courageous Demetra Hicks is your agent. Not only did I close on the house but I gained a very good friend . I highly recommend her !!!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Demetra for many years. I actually sold HER a house! She got into real estate shortly after. She could see my sales office from her back window. When l would when l would get swamped with potential buyers, she would magically appear, and help me out. She brought me more sales than any other realtor.
The lady fights tooth and nail for her clients, but is still a team player, willing to go the extra mile, and works closely with all parties involved, to get the job done.
I have since relocated. And now our roles are reversed. If l have any issues or concerns about my property in Florida, l feel like she's still just across the street, ready and willing to go that extra mile, to help me out.
