Dena was extremely informative, personable, and responsive throughout the entire process from start to finish. Dena Juhl made buying my new home easy. She took the time to understand my wants and needs in a home, so when I selected places to view she could tell me the pros and cons. She would also share her input on the quality of the structure. She even made herself available on short notice to view the home I ultimately ended buying. It was literally on the market for only a few hours when I toured it and put in the offer. Once the ideal acres, home & barn was identified, Deana stepped into the role of client’s advocate, using her knowledge of the local real estate market to secure my offer.

She proved her worth during the negotiation establishing the final agreement, including items of concern for me and issues not required by me, as I was out of state during this entire process.

Dena is a delight to work with, very professional and highly motivated, willing to go the extra mile (or 2 or 3). Dena arranged viewings for 9 properties that my wife and I were interested in. She advised us through the offer process and drew up the contact. When unexpected delays arose with the appraisal Dena worked with the seller, the closing date needed to be changed twice. Dana managed those hurdles with true skill. When the appraisal process seemed to be at a complete stall Dena was diligent (relentless) in pursuing the lender and appraiser to resolve the delay.
Through the entire process Dena was always accessible and highly responsive, always ready will answers to my questions.
I would highly recommend Dena to any prospective home buyer. She will do what it takes to get you in to your dream home!

We contacted Dena about selling our house which she sold within 2 months of listing it. So, in looking for our new house we asked Dena if she would help us with buying a new house about an hour and a half away from the house we sold. She was more than willing to help us, drive the hour and a half to show us houses, and found us a house within 2 weeks of looking.
