Denell Behan born and raised in Central Florida. She graduated from Valencia State College with a Hospitality Degree. Shortly after graduating she moved to California to pursue Corporate Event Planning. A few years later she ended up returning to her hometown Mount Dora, FL (because who could ever leave beautiful Central Florida for long) to help her parents with their business Legacy Pavers, LLC. She went back to work for her parents in the construction industry managing employees and running the builder and residential portion of the business. After multiple years she realized how much she loved real estate and wanted to finally pursue her dreams by being a Realtor and being able to find clients their forever dream homes.

In Denell’s free time you can find her at the gym. She has a passion for traveling and trying new restaurants. She loves being able to explore the best kept secrets in Florida. You’ll often find Denell visiting a beach nearby and enjoying her time with family. She currently resides in Clermont, FL. While her and her husband are building their dream home in Howey In The Hills, FL. Denell loves being able to finally be involved in the start to finish touches of her own dream home and can’t wait until their visions are finally built.
