Born and raised in Fresh Meadows, NY, Denice has a strong knowledge of Queens as well as Long Island. She has lived in Garden City since 1996 and can attest to the wonderful school district because both of her boys graduated from Garden City High School, and have since gone on to fine universities.
Denice’s passion and love for real estate is apparent when you first meet her. She is extremely knowledgeable about Garden City and all that it has to offer. She loves meeting new people and makes herself available to her clients and customers. She truly cares about the needs of people and will work tirelessly to make sure that everyone’s expectations are met.
