I just completed escrow with Deniese, and it was an absolutely fantastic selling experience. Her dedication and tenacity throughout a complicated selling process was unwavering. I had worked with Deniese years earlier when selling a home, and when the time came again, I knew of nobody who could do the job better. To make things more difficult, I was selling my home while stationed across the U.S.. Despite the distance, she was gracious and patient as we worked through the sometimes complicated process. Deniese and her company have been fantastic, and I can wholeheartedly recommend working with her. In fact, whenever I sell or purchase a home again, I know exactly who to call.

We came to Deniese after a disappointing experience with a different realtor that resulted in lots of lost time on our part with no result. She quickly restored my confidence in the process. Deniese helped my husband and I find our family home. She listened to all of our wants, needs, as well as concerns and made some wonderful suggestions. Only someone with her years of experience in her profession could make. From the beginning she was very personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable in her field a true professional. I couldn't of purchased a home without Deniese's help. She is masterful at writing offers. In addition she is proficient in negotiating on both sides. Deniese is very resourceful with a long list of trustworthy contractors. We thoroughly inspected multiple properties and renegotiated offers and even back out of offers. What I like most is the quick responsiveness and execution. With Sara's help, we were able to see showings on the same day I express interest in a property. Deniese has the best intentions of finding a good home that suits a buyer's needs and taste. She is experienced and professional unlike new realtor agents out trying to run a side hustle and make a quick buck. She continues to follow up with me after closing and even help pay the cost of repairing drywall in the garage. This is the spectacular part of her service, it goes beyond closing. She helped me get contractors for repairs and upgrades after closing. I highly recommend her!

Thank you Deniese for making all of this happen for us! She is not only an amazing realtor but also a treasured friend. ❤️ What a great thing for me, a do-er to my core, to have someone else step in and take care of everything! House needed repairs? She’d schedule ppl to come. Solar lease needed to be transferred? She contacted the company and made it happen. She handled all of the inspections (even some we didn’t think to ask for) on the new place and even got them to accept our offer and wait for us to sell before our house was even listed cause I called her and said, “Deniese I want this one!” She had gorgeous professional photos done of our house that made our place look like a dang resort and we got 3 offers the first weekend it was listed! If Deniese ever says to you, “I’m gonna sell your house this weekend,” you better start packing cause my girl means it!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
