Right from the start Denis impressed me with his immediate attention to my inquiry about the home we purchased in Swansea, MA. I had literally just hit submit and immediately received a call from Denis, who worked listened to me about what was most important in my future home and my motivation to move in the first place. This impressed me as rather than trying to sell me one of his listings like a traditional broker, he listened to my requirements for moving and matched me with suitable homes in the area I was looking. While I had some strong ideas of the homes I was interested in, Denis and his team worked diligently to show me a few options in the final community I had selected, but we fell immediately in love with our final home. From negotiations with the seller’s agent to making sure my family was cared for regarding concerns from the home inspection, Denis was instrumental in getting us our desired property, at the price we wanted all while maintaining a professional relationship with me and the seller. Since moving in, Denis is still actively engaged with our family, making sure we have adapted to our new home and community. He will always remain a close friend of our family for getting us our new home!
