Denis is the best! Do not hesitate to work with Denis. My wife and I were searching for a condo in Dunedin and were about to give up. We were looking at the new listings daily and decided to give Denis a call. He found us a condo with a spectacular view that wasn't on the market. He actually worked and networked. He found us a condo that the sellers were thinking about selling. We went and looked at it and bought it on the spot. Thank You, Denis for helping us and not saying "new properties will be coming on the market" and actually finding us one!

We have known Denis for over 10 years. He found our first home in Safety Harbor, Fl, sold that home for us and found our forever home in the Harbor when he knew we would like to be closer to the Bay and Main St. He has found our friends’ homes and currently helping my brothers. Denis gets to know his clients’ personal preferences, as it relates to the home they are looking for, so he can better help in finding the perfect home. If that ends up recommending them to another geographical area he isn’t as familiar with, he refers them to a colleague.
