Denise handled a VERY difficult sale with grace and professional determination. There is no one else I would recommend. She works well with other realtors, she finds creative solutions to unanticipated problems, she lined up and managed numerous contractors and she kept me informed of items I needed to know about and kept the minutia from me when she knew it was best to do so.

I would trust her implicitly.

Denise is supper hard worker. Very attentive to our needs and always available to answer my questions. She also is super knowledgeable. She really knows her S***T when it counts!!! Most real estate agents really have no idea how real real estate works. They just fill in a few blanks and sit and wait for their commission check comes in. Denise makes sure all the t's are crossed with all the i's dotted. We felt totally taken care of. I guess this comes from being an investor herself. She knows how and what to look for, because she said she would look as if she were selling, or buying the property herself. What would I ask or want to know? Thank you Denise, your the best. 5* all the way!
