These gals were great! With a challenging Mortgage Company on the buyers side, Denise and Nicole stayed right on top of the things, with Great advice and leadership. Evan with one sale continuing to be a problem, I never had to call for information as they would inform me in a very timely manner of all progress and problems.
Denise and Nicole were able to also find us a home in the middle of our two home sales. I highly recommend Denise and Nicole as a go to team for all real estate needs!

Denise and Nicole did a wonderful job helping my wife and I in buying our first house. Denise lined up showings quickly and when we decided on the house we wanted, she worked quickly on a Saturday to make sure our offer got in. Denise was able to recommend a home inspector, a radon mitigation contractor, and an attorney; each of which was excellent to work with. When Denise was unavailable, Nicole was more than happy to step in and help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend Denise and Nicole, especially if this is your first go around buying a house.

Denise and Nicole are amazing. I was selling a house for a deceased friend. They helped us understand the value, what sort of changes would improve the value and helped us set the price. We had 18 showings in 4 days which led to 5 offers and a full price contract. Attention to to detail, TOP Notch! Understanding of the market, TOP Notch! Communication, TOP Notch! They told me when they disagreed with my ideas, and supported me in those choices. I was not just another listing, they made me feel like I was their only listing. Denise first helped me when I was looking for a house to rent until I found a house I wanted to buy. She found me a great townhome that was exactly what I was looking for at the time. When it was time for me to buy she was amazing. I loved that she was always available to answer all of my questions and as a first time home buyer I had alot. It was great that she asked alot of questions too so the house we looked at all fit in with my preferences. Denise went above and beyond for me. Originally listed my house two years ago, but I didn’t get it on the market during prime sales. Instead of letting me flounder paying two mortgages she found me a renter to tide me over till I could get it on the market for prime sales time. Her renter recommendation was spot on and they were excellent tenets. It worked out so well they wind up purchasing the house when I was ready to put it on the market. She handled both the rental and sales transactions quickly and professionally keeping me in the loop at all times."

Denise and Nicole have been amazing through the whole process of selling my house. Nicole handled the open houses and Denise was the primary agent for selling. She offered accurate and professional advise as far as everything with the sale. She was always prompt on responding to my questions. Amazingly, Denise was able to get my house sold during the COVID-19 pandemic - for the price I wanted (buyers initially offered less) and diligently worked through all the other issues that came up during this time. I would highly recommend Denise and Team Brown to anyone looking to buy or sell (worked with her for both). I wish I could still have her as my realtor but I moved out of state. Anyone who can sell a house during a quarantine pandemic (and there were issues, trust me) deserves more than 5 stars!

My husband and I being first time home buyers were clueless. Denise went above and beyond helping us with every step. Never failing to answer any questions with full honesty making it less scary! She always jumped in to helping without question when we didn’t know what to do or where to turn! There were times she helped way more than she should have and we couldn’t be more grateful! Then when we got to work with Nicole, she was so sweet and helpful as well! We have two small kids and while doing house inspections she didn’t hesitate to jump in and keep our small ones entertained. They both are so great!

I had the pleasure to work with Denise for my home buying experience. I was paired with Denise by Veterans United Reality. Extremely pleased with the entire experience. Denise was great from start to finish. Answered all my question whatever came up. We were lucky enough to spend one day looking at properties before found what would be come our home. Denise took everything I was looking for and found us several properties that fit our description. With each property she had all the answers for all my questions. I’ve worked with Denise 4 times in the last 10 years. She is one of the best professionals I have had the pleasure to work with. The experience with Denise and Nicole is so unique and hard to find in any profession. So I’ll do my best to describe it. When talking to them both it feels like your talking to family or an old friend. They offer advice. Advice you didn’t know you needed. Denise responds within hours of calls or emails day or night. Denise and Nicole most recently helped my husband and I valuate an investment property that we are looking to buy. I can’t stress this enough, they are both so friendly and extremely helpful. It’s really hard to find good professionals this day and age that you can trust.

This is the 2nd house I have purchased with Denise as my realtor. The second experience was the same as the first time. She is very efficient and caring to her customers. For this time around I needed to move closer to work, which was outside of her normal showing areas, but I did not make this easy because I had 20 houses that I wanted to look at throughout 7 different towns. Denise did not miss a beat, I mean you would think a house is the same no matter where it is located, four walls and a roof. But she reached out to the realtors and asked about the schools, safety and even pulled up the locale best restaurants for me. She was there every step of the way working with my mortgage lender, attorney and the selling realtor to set up the home inspection, verify the paper work and make sure that everything was ready to close on the day that worked best for my needs. Denise made me feel like I could contact her anytime, she was available nights and weekends. No questions or concerns went unanswered, and she followed up to make sure all other parties provided their information, was very helpful in something as stressful as buying a house and moving. As a first time buyer and now a second I recommend Denise to all my friends and co-workers, do not think I could of found anyone better to help me through this whole process!
