Our family moved to PA from out of state and Denise took the time to show us different areas and explain each of their pros and cons. She was knowledgeable about real estate, helpful answering all of our questions, and organized. Denise always made herself available for us and she was a joy to spend time with. We would definitely ask Denise to be involved with our next home sale/purchase.

Eileen and I last purchased our home on Simons Drive in Falls Township in April 1988 and moved in June of that year. We had relocated to Colorado 2 years prior and experienced huge stress moving back and forth across country and owning 2 houses at same time in Colorado and the new one in Falls.

We were dreading going through the process again, 35 years older and still not wiser, and kept putting off the decision. We received a very nice note in the mail from Denise introducing herself and offering help if we were interested. We are beyond happy we opted to call Denise.

From our first meeting to the closing of both our Simons house and our new guy in Warrington, Denise walked on water. Not one glitch and she always called, responded, smiled and made Eileen, me and our three children so happy she was navigating the ships.

If we ever ever ever need to sell and buy again, Denise will be there. Thank you.

Denise is a champion in her field. She sparkles her warmth, enthusiasm and energy.

Denice accomplished getting our house of 45 years on the market at just the right time for a fast moving market. She advised us well and was always available. Her knowledge of the real estate business instilled confidence.. The process today has transformed from the market we knew so long ago. She led us every step of the way.

She brought in her staging expert who arranged areas of interest, using our furnishings, and eliminated distraction.

Denise was remarkable in creating eye attention.She brought in potted plants and a colorful umbrella. She was so dedicated to every detail.

Denise arrived with packing supplies and jumped in. She lined up packers. She encouraged us . When it came to deciding who wins the bid, her strategy made good sense. We are delighted with the family who has moved in
