Denise Eshelman

Denise is from Rockport and began working as a Realtor in her hometown in 1986. Subsequently she moved to Austin continuing her real estate career. In 2016, she and her husband purchased a home on Key Allegro so they could spend more time with family. As a result, Denise gained a newfound appreciation for the charm and beauty of the sweet little coastal town where she grew up.

After rebuilding their home, she and her husband decided to make Rockport their full-time residence. Now they enjoy living on Little Bay instead of Lake Austin. Denise spent the past 30 years as an Austin Realtor, specializing in the luxury real estate market, in the Westlake neighborhood, where she lived and raised her son.

She is a skilled negotiator who focuses on getting her clients the best possible deal while maintaining an understanding of the emotional and financial demands of any transaction.
